Darren and Paige Riopelle have over 20 years experience operating their own multi-specialty practice. Their vision for Smile One was to create a DSO that embraced technology and industry best practices, without losing sight of the personal interaction with each patient. Founder / CEO

Provides strategic vision and leadership to the organization, recruits and mentors doctors, and directs the management team in its various responsibilities.

Leads the clinical teams at all practices to establish a superior standard of care. Provides training and consistency throughout all practices.
